Warranty Information

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of GGSend.
Our Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from GGSend.

How long does the coverage last?

The default Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from GGSend is 1 year from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
If the manufacturers warranty exceeds 1 year we will cover the product up until the manufacturers warranty period ends, to a maximum of 3 years.

Cameras - 2 years (charger & accessories - 1 year)
Xiaomi Smartphones - 2 years (charger & accessories - 1 year)
OnePlus Smartphones - 2 years (charger & accessories - 1 year)
Samsung Smartphones - 2 years (charger & accessories - 1 year)
What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the
Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, GGSend will repair or replace, at no charge, products or
parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal
use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

GGSend will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
If this is not possible a replacement will be provided.
What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first submit a warranty claim here or contact us at support@ggsend.ie or through our contact us page to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
The original proof of purchase will be required and the serial number affixed to the product must be complete and undamaged.
If the product is no longer under warranty, our repair center or ourselves, will contact you and inform you of the cost of repair before working on it.
Important information when returning a device for repair:

Remove your SIM Card and store it in a safe place, as this is not needed for the repair process.

Remove your Memory Card (if any).

Make sure to include your name, address, a contact phone number and a description of the fault.

Please keep a note of the IMEI number of your phone, this is the 15 digit number displayed on the back of your phone. You can also retrieve this number by dialling * # 06 #.

Transfer and / or delete from your phone memory any images, messages, downloaded materials or numbers, personal to you, as they may be lost during repair.

GGSend will use reasonable efforts to maintain the security of such information, but you acknowledge that GGSend is not liable or responsible for any inadvertent loss or damage to (or to any other materials notified above not to be included as part of the repairs process), or any caused through the necessary repairs process (which may include deletion of information). It is your responsibility to remove and save in advance of sending your phone for repair.

If your device is under warranty, this service is free, but please be aware that the warranty will not cover customer misuse or any liquid damage. Further details of the warranty can be found above.
