What does Sim Free mean?

When a phone is sim free it means that it is not tied to any network. This means that you can put any sim card into the phone. All phones listed on ggsend are SIM Free.

Will my phone work abroad?

All our phones are sim free which means that they will work all over the world.

What are your processing and delivery lead times?

Order processing + delivery time usually takes 5 - 8 working days all together, depending on order volumes and stock availability. In unfortunate case when the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will get in touch and offer an alternative product or to cancel your order.

Orders under €25.00 are usually sent with standard post and orders over €25.00 are sent with a tracked postal service. Please allow a few extra days in peak periods and remote areas.
